Probably nothing. There is a large, well equipped kitchen and it has most things you will need to cook almost any meal. There are pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, knives, plates, bowls, cups, glasses as well as good knives, baking trays, cake tins, a table top convection oven, electric flying pan, sandwich press. There is even a slow cooker. My guests like a nice hot bowl of beef stew after a day at the snow!
We have even cooked a full Christmas dinner!
